Summit is led by people who have personal experience with substance use disorder (SUD). Most, like Tom, are living in long-term recovery, while others have experienced the pain of loving or losing someone with SUD. All of us are in it together.

Tom Bond

Founder & CEO

Prior to Summit, Tom spent 17 years at Helping Up Mission, working to create a one-of-a-kind spiritual recovery community for men and women. With 800 beds, it’s one of the largest and most respected non profit treatment centers in the country.

Joe DeMarco

Chief Operating Officer

Joe spent several decades creating enterprise value by providing turnaround and operational improvement consulting to middle market companies.

Ken Eyler

Chief Financial Officer

Ken has worked for 30 years as a trusted financial and operations adviser to ultra-high net worth families and their businesses.

Joshua Moy

Director of Programs

Joshua was gifted with the opportunity of recovery after a long and painful period of substance misuse. He now uses that experience to lead others on the journey of recovery.

With 35 years experience as an investment professional at T. Rowe Price, Ted was Head of Global Fixed Income and a member of the firms Management Committee before retiring last year. Ted is an active social enterprise investor and mentor with Innovation Works.
